"Altro have worked in partnership with BMS over the past two years working on several recruitment campaigns involving not only new business segments but also individual roles. At the end of 2006, a new Architects team was set up to cover the inner London postcodes. This meant that four new consultants had to be recruited together with a new Team Leader. Needless to say, time was of the essence. BMS handled all the initial stages in that they ultimately only submitted CVs for pre-qualified candidates, hence eliminating most of the stress and work involved in getting to first and second stage interviews.

Altro do work with other Agencies, but BMS are by far the most professional and are top of our preferred supplier list. They not only know our business and have the knack of finding the candidates who have the right skills, attitudes and behaviours that will fit our culture, they go out of their way to get to know the recruiting manager and simplify the process for them. As a result of this they managed the recruitment of the London Architects' sales team and the team leader flawlessly. Although it was a difficult task, they found a truly talented new sales team leader for Altro who is already adding value to the business. This year we have recruited 10 new sales staff - BMS have successfully placed 8 of these and I am pleased to say they are all rising stars."
